open sew
Open sew is a small group class for students of all skill levels who need help with their own projects. Bring the project(s) you need assistance with to class and I am there to help with interpreting directions, sewing techniques, and advice. I can help you with machine sewing, hand sewing, hand embroidery, fitting, measuring, garment sewing, accessories, upcycling, alterations, quilting, and more. Sewing machines are available in the classroom or you can bring your own.

Send me an email using my website contact form with the date you will attend and the number of people. Pay in advance for the class using Venmo or PayPal (I prefer Venmo). The fee is $45 per person. I will confirm your place by email before the class.
private lesson
Private lessons take place at du Cret Center of Art in Plainfield, NJ. For hand embroidery, sewing, quilting, pattern drafting, pattern alterations, fitting, and learning your own sewing machine or serger. Really almost any sewing project. If you want to discuss your project first before registering please call or send a message. Sewing machines are available in the classroom or you can bring your own.
